HR, Board & More, Inc. is a for-profit consulting business owned and operated by Belinda Fly (Co-Founder of F&L Organizational Support Services, Inc.- F.L.O.S.S.). In 2020, F.L.O.S.S. moved its consulting services from the non-profit into separate for-profit entities.

HR, Board & More, Inc. provides business consulting in Human Resources, Board Governance and “More”. Additional services include outsourced administrative support, review of business insurances, process development for donor acknowledgements and working collaboratively across the business to provide quality operational support to the work and the team within the organization through operations management.

Our approach is to work as your thought partner, to challenge norms, identify inefficiencies and recommend and assist in the implementation of effective solutions designed to address the needs of your business.

Our Team

Belinda Fly

President & Founder

Belinda Fly is President, Founder and Senior Consultant of HR, Board & More. With more than 25 years of human resources and nonprofit management experience, she advises, coaches and mentors other professionals in the human resources and board development spaces. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of New Orleans. She received her certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Certified Professional (CP). Belinda is a part of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses cohort. She works with organizations as an outsourced human resources and board development consultant strengthening infrastructure, systems and processes. Belinda is also the Co-Founder of F&L Organizational Support Services, Inc. (F.L.O.S.S.) where she works with mission driven organizations, programs and projects through fiscal sponsorship. She is a native New Orleanian. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing and empowering women entrepreneurs through business coaching.

Rachell Molina

Personal Assistant to President & Founder

Rachell Molina Alvarado is the Personal Assistant to the President & Founder of HR Board & More Inc. Rachell joined the HR, Board & More team in 2020 and continues to utilize her administrative and personal assistance skills, knowledge and experience to help deliver the day to day support needed to allow the company to move forward and operate efficiently. Rachell is originally from Honduras and moved to New Orleans in 2010 where she has worked hard to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Rachell truly enjoys working with people and helping the community.

Kylea Stamps

Project Coordinator

Kylea Stamps is a Senior at the University of Miami pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management. Kylea joined the team in 2022, working remotely completing special projects across HR, Board & More and with clients. Kylea also serves as the Executive Vice President of iBarnes Non-Profit Organization whose mission is to provide child and family services to those faced with existing adversity.
