Belinda Fly

Founder & CEO

Having worked in human resources, administrative services and operations for 30 years, primarily in the nonprofit sector, Belinda saw a need. She wanted to create a human resources firm that supported not only organizational leaders or business owners, but one that also created safe spaces for the employees. HR, Board & More was launched in 2019 after leading the human resources and board work in F&L Organizational Support Services (FLOSS), a 501c3 nonprofit organization she co-founded.

Belinda believes and wants managers, organizational leadership and founders to be believe the people are the more valuable resource in any organization and that their well-being, the organizational environment and workplace culture all matter. When she is not consulting in the human resources, nonprofit board operations or helping clients operationalize their business, she is coaching women entrepreneurs to build businesses and multiple streams of income.

Belinda is an entrepreneur, strategic thought-partner, nonprofit leader, consultant, speaker, author and strategic planning facilitator. She is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She is a Certified Professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management and an Alumni Ambassador for the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program (cohort 31).

Ireyania J. Kelly, MBA, owner of Skillfull Touch, is a strategic leader and business professional with a passion for driving growth, operational excellence, and meaningful impact. With a strong foundation in business administration and management, she brings a results-driven approach to solving complex challenges and building sustainable, high-performing organizations.

Throughout her career, Ireyania has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. She is recognized for her ability to analyze data, streamline processes, and translate vision into actionable strategies that support both immediate goals and long-term success. Guided by her motto "Plan. Prepare. Execute!" she helps individuals and organizations turn ideas into measurable results.

Ireyania holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping her with advanced knowledge in leadership, finance, and operations. She is deeply committed to continuous learning, ethical leadership, and empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.

Beyond her professional work, Ireyania values community involvement, personal growth, and creating opportunities that foster innovation and equity. She approaches every endeavor with integrity, clarity, and a forward-thinking mindset.

Albert Fly, Jr.

Administrative Coordinator

Albert Fly, Jr. joined HR, Board & More in 2023 as the Office Assistant primarily responsible for general administrative tasks of copying, scanning and filing. Because of his strong organizational skills and adept ability to track receipts and other supporting documentation for company expenses, Albert was moved into the Administrative Coordinator position. In that role, he managed office supplies, supply inventory, reorganized filing systems, worked closely with the company's accounting records and began providing more client-facing support.

When the office pivoted to a fully remote office, Albert managed updating the electronic files for more efficient accessibility and file sharing with the team.

Mikecha Jefferson

Assistant to the Founder & CEO

Mikecha Jefferson joined the HR, Board & More team in 2024 providing both administrative and personal assistant support to the CEO for not only HR, Board & More but also for another one of her entrepreneurial ventures, Women Entrepreneurs Everywhere (WEE).

As Assistant to the CEO, Mikecha works closely with the CEO managing email, phone call and scheduling as well as proactively organizing meetings and on-site event logistics. Mikecha's proactive thinking, attention to detail, initiative and commitment to excellent customer service delivery contributes to the success of training, workshops and other events. She is a self-starter who understands the balance between the big picture and the small details.
